The physical location is going to be temporarily shutting down as of Thursday, March 19th out of an abundance of precaution.
We’re fortunate that all of our members have been working on building up a barrier of health over the last 5.5 years which will aid them through this current crisis which will pass! We will be launching three options in order to stay on track.
Step 1: Equipment
We will be letting our members sign out equipment as of today please stop by the gym to pick up the following:
1x Kettlebell, 2x dumbbells, 1x strength band, 1x med-ball, 1x abmat, 1x YTU balls or foam roller, 1x body bar. (first come first serve)
- Speed Rope
- Strength Bands
- Gymnastic/TRX rings w/ door mounting attachment
- Foam Roller

Step 2. Coaching and accountability
Option one: 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching specific to your goals with video accountability calls done over zoom or facetime. this also includes the ability to attend the twice-daily online group classes or have a specific program written to your goals.
Option two: Twice daily Group classes 10:00 am and 5:00 pm where you can go head to head with your friends this will be done over zoom (link in bio to download) We will be doing a Whiteboard briefing, lending out equipment and guiding you through the entire process.
Option three: follow along with our program via Sugarwod and make sure to check that you have completed a workout we will be checking in on you to make sure you’re staying on track.
Step 3: Stay healthy
Keeping your body moving will help you keep your mind healthy as well please keep up with your physical fitness so that you will be able to keep your spirits high during this stressful time.
